Information collected
The service may collect a user's name, mobile number, invitation or onboarding details, message content, message delivery data, service preferences, and limited account details needed to provide access and support the invited user.
How information is used

Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account continuity, support invited users, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Privacy requests and support
Invited users may request support through the same onboarding or invitation channel that granted access to the service. SMS users may also reply HELP for support related to the messaging program. Support email: support@barrettvelker.com.
