These Terms and Conditions govern the invitation-based SMS program operated by Barrett Velker for invited family members and approved users.

Program description
This program sends recurring conversational support messages, requested assistant replies, reminders, account-access help, and requested status notifications to invited users who explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages.
Eligibility and consent
This service is intended only for invited family members and approved users. SMS consent must be given separately during invitation or onboarding, or by an approved keyword path when that path is enabled. Approved keyword such as START may be used when enabled. Consent is not required to use non-SMS access to the service.

Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on a user's activity, requests, reminder settings, and account-support needs. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out and support
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Users may reply HELP for support. Support is also available through the same onboarding or invitation channel that provided access. Support email: support@barrettvelker.com.
Service limits
This SMS program is not an emergency service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by device settings, wireless coverage, carrier filtering, or other network conditions outside the operator's control.
Privacy
Personal information and mobile opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated as the service changes. The version published on this site is the current public terms for the SMS program.
